Is your ghee packed in a plastic jar?

No, Zamzam Pure ghee is packed in only a glass jar which is the safest packaging for ghee.

What is the shelf-life of ghee?

The average shelf-life is 12 months. However, Best before 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool and dry place. Refrigeration is not required.

What are the delivery charges?

Free Shipping: Orders above BDT 2500, are shipped free of charge.

Flat Rate: For orders below BDT 2500, a flat delivery charge of BDT 100 and 150 applies.

When can I expect my order?

We will be sure to send your order within 24 hours of confirmation. The delivery will reach you within 7 working days depending on your location. We ship throughout the week, except on Friday, public/national holidays, during strikes, or in case of natural calamities.

Can I bulk order?

Yes, you may place bulk orders, although the minimum order quantities lie between 4 to 5 products in the least.

Online Payments: You can pay using your Credit/Debit card. We accept most major Credit/Debit Cards.
We also accept all Mobile Banking Payment Methods.

Cash on Delivery: We also offer the option of Cash on Delivery for your convenience.

Do I get confirmation on placing an order?

Yes, after the order is confirmed you will get a message that includes the details in your order.

Can I modify the order after I have placed it?

After the order is confirmed it cannot be modified. However if immediately E-mail is sent to our customer care at info@zamzampure.com and if the order is not dispatched as yet we can make necessary changes.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@zamzampure.com. However, Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. You can send your order through WhatsApp on our WhatsApp number, +8801785009395. We will provide you with payment options. After making the payment your order will be confirmed and dispatched. Dispatch details will be provided to you on the same WhatsApp number from which you contacted.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched you will get a message which includes the L.R number and name of the courier through which your goods are dispatched. You can either track your order from the Website of the Courier Company or mail us at info@zamzampure.com.

What if I have received a damaged or expired Product?

While it’s rare if you receive a product that’s damaged or past its expiry date, we will accept the return and issue a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a full refund.
 
The return policy remains valid for 24 hours, within the timeframe of the receipt of the order.
